4. No Guarantee of Recovery

While we work diligently to investigate and pursue recoverable assets, we cannot guarantee:

that recoverable assets exist;

that a claim will be approved;

the amount that may ultimately be recovered; or

how long the recovery process may take.

Government agencies, courts, financial institutions, and other third parties make the final determination regarding eligibility.

5. Eligibility

You represent that:

No upfront fees are charged.

We are only compensated if funds or assets are successfully recovered.

Fees may vary depending upon applicable state law and the nature of the claim.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

submit fraudulent documentation;

16. Arbitration
